The process begins with the preparation. Grease, oil, rust spots, paint and any other stains or dirty areas are properly treated before we apply any decorative material. Then walls, siding, windows, cabinets or anything valuable to our clients is masked off to ensure quality and care.
Depending upon your selection of service and product, the next step may vary. For example, with a staining project, the next step would be to apply our stain to the concrete surface and allow it to etch the concrete. Then we allow the area to dry before applying our commercial grade concrete sealer.
With a patterned overlay, a primary coat of concrete is applied to the surface and allowed to dry after the surface area has been prepared, and then we apply a custom stencil. We follow with a second coat of concrete, which can be applied either by trowel or by concrete hopper. We finish with commercial grade concrete sealer.
